Pantarul (local: fork) is a charming contemporary restaurant located in Lapad area, away from the hustling city center of Dubrovnik. The highly awaited restaurant, a project by food blogger Ana-Marija, her partner Milan an mutual friend Đuro has been a success even before they opened the doors. The owners are led by the idea to offer something new and interesting at reasonable prices combining ordinary everyday ingredients creating top quality, yet unpretentious food prepared in a modern and innovative way.

The Chef

Pantarul's à la carte menu with about twenty meals will satisfy even the most demanding paletes - Zoran Ožegović, one of Croatia's best chefs born and educated in Zagreb will make sure it does. Zoran has spent his entire professional career working in Croatian top restaurants. His philospohy is simple: the best and freshest possible ingredients prepared in a simple yet enticing way.

Also, Ana-Marija's cookbook written in English “What’s Cooking in Dubrovnik” can be bought on the spot. 300 pages, over 100 recipes and each recipe followed by photos and an introductory story makes it more than just a book for those already rumbling trough the kitchen - it's a source of immense enjoyment for all true lovers of good food.
