This year, the 14th Zagreb Jazz Festival brings together an array of exceptional international musicians, alongside an exciting street edition featuring local jazz virtuoso's!
For the past 15 years, the Zagreb Jazz Festival has welcomed renowned jazz icons like Ornette Coleman, Sonny Rollins, Wayne Shorter, Ron Carter, Chick Corea, Dee Dee Bridgewater, Anat Cohen, Casandra Wilson, Esperanza Spalding, and Dianne Reeves. Over 120 concerts have graced the festival, offering diverse jazz programs including 13 Zagreb Jazz Festivals, 5 All Women Jazz Festivals, 7 Rovinj Jazz Festivals, and 4 Backstage Live Pula events.

Conceived by the ardent jazz enthusiast Dražen Kokanović in 2005, the festival's mission was to bring both jazz legends and emerging talents to Zagreb. Recognising a robust jazz community in the city, Kokanović aimed to enrich the concert offerings. The Zagreb Jazz Festival quickly gained popularity, drawing audiences from various cities. This success paved the way for festivals in Pula and Rovinj. Sixteen years on, it continues to thrive!

The local program kicks off on September 30, followed by concerts on October 7 and 14. The international program takes the stage on October 19, 21, and 24, as well as on November 3, 17, and 20.
