Parking in Dubrovnik

Finding a spot to park your car in Dubrovnik can sometimes be a nightmare. Use our guidelines to avoid circling around town for hours. If it happens that you don't pay for your parking, you will be left a daily parking ticket which you will be obligated to pay by bank transfer or at Sanitat office at the address Marka Marojice 5. Public parking spots subject to payment are classified into five parking zones.

Parking is charged in zone 0 every day from 0:00 to 24:00; in zone 1 (business zone) every day from 06:00 to 22:00; in zone 2 every day from 06:00 to 2:00; in zone 3 every day from 06:00 to 22:00; in zone 4 every day from 00:00 to 24:00. If you park outside the immediate vicinity of Old Town Dubrovnik, public transportation offers a convenient way to get around. Regular bus services connect various parts of Dubrovnik to Old Town. Write an SMS containing the registration number of the vehicle for which you want to pay for, no spaces and special characters ( example: DU091DM). Send it to the m-parking number of the zone you are in. You can also buy a parking ticket at any nearby newspaper kiosk or parking meter. Just leave it behind the wind shield. How to buy the hourly and daily parking ticket

You can buy an hourly parking ticket at all parking meters, via SMS from your mobile device, through the BMove and Dubrovnik Parking apps, or at Tisak newsstands. Daily parking tickets can be purchased at Tisak newsstands, all parking meters, and through the BMove app.

Got a parking fine? Here is where you can pay.

You can pay the parking fine at the Sanitat Dubrovnik d.o.o. office (Marka Marojice 5, 20000 Dubrovnik) on weekdays from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM and on Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM, as well as at any post office or bank. The parking fine can also be paid at Tisak newsstands and through the Bmove app.

Car towed away?

If you have parked illegally and your vehicle has been towed away you need to visit the car depot located in Gospino Polje which is open 24/7. You will be charged a fee ranging from 66.36 Eur to 159.27 Eur. The staff at the depot speak English and accept credit card payments.
